Ingredients:
- 80g oat flakes
- 100g raisins
- 80g walnuts
- 100g dried apricots
- 1 banana
- For the glaze:
- 160g dark chocolate without sugar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
Start by lining a baking dish or tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a food processor, combine the oat flakes, raisins, walnuts, dried apricots, and banana. Pulse until the mixture is well combined and forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish or tray, smoothing the top with a spatula or your hands.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate without sugar and vegetable oil together in short intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed mixture in the baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
Once set, remove the energy bars from the refrigerator and cut them into individual bars or squares.
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze them for longer storage.
Enjoy your homemade energy bars without sugar! They're perfect for a quick and healthy snack on the go.
