Homemade Crispy Chicken Nuggets
Treat your kids to a delightful lunch with these Homemade Crispy Chicken Nuggets. Packed with flavors and coated in crunchy breadcrumbs, these nuggets are a lunchbox favorite.
Ingredients:
- 500g Boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 slices White Bread
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
For Coating:
- 1 Egg (medium)
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
- Cut boneless chicken breast into small cubes.
- In a blender, pulse white bread slices into breadcrumbs.
- In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, breadcrumbs, ginger paste, garlic paste, soya sauce, white pepper powder, paprika powder, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the Nuggets:
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into nuggets.
Prepare Coating:
- In a bowl, beat egg and add milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Coat the Nuggets:
- Dip each nugget in the egg mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Roll the coated nugget in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry the Nuggets:
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Fry the nuggets until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Drain and Serve:
- Remove the nuggets and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
