- 2 large avocados, diced

- 8 oz. mixed cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 green chili, seeded & sliced

- Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

- 1 large fresh lemon (juice and zest)

- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
